General conditions of services

The general conditions of our services seek to reinforce the relationship between DATACALL and their customers and the conditions applied to all orders, since they do not appear in the order. Conditions are applied to the client whether they are consumers or professionals.

All of our services abide to the terms and conditions by the customer without reservation.

DATACALL consists mainly of allocating personnels for consulting, direct marketing, distance learning, business process outsourcing, survey and all types of services related to these activities.

The informations in the quotation for each service, issued by DATACALL and signed by the Customer, indicate the specific conditions. The latter define the characteristics of these services and their corresponding rates.
